Very timely reading as MCPL embarks on the 23 Things. Web 2.0 tools may be techie, and they allow everyone (techie or not) to participate in the 2.0 experience. Library 2.0, IMO, is a mindset about community engagement, social interaction, connecting with others, and user participation. Sure, technology goes a long way to make it possible, but Library 2.0 can happen anywhere, physically in a branch or virtually via the web.
